Founder & President
Maria Ybardolaza founded Inland Home Health Providers in 2003 and serves as the President of the Governing Board and Administrator for the agency. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 40+ years with vast knowledge of both acute and long-term nursing. She has always been passionate about delivering excellent care to her patients.
She enjoys playing pickle-ball, sewing, and making colorful macarons. Maria enjoys family time, especially time spent with her “Little CEO”, her granddaughter, Elise.

Clinical Coordinator
LaDora King is highly dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. She is passionate about her profession as demonstrated through hard work, commitment, and loyalty towards both her patients and her coworkers. LaDora is an integral member of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee. She is an excellent clinical resource for our field staff and readily available to visit patients at a moment’s notice. Outside of work, LaDora is devoted to her church as well as her two teenage children, Destiny and Jordan. She enjoys going to concerts, playing basketball and singing. |
Intake Coordinator
Anna Munoz has been our Intake Coordinator since 2007. She is very knowledgeable with home health operations with over 24+ years of experience within the home health industry. She is incredibly detailed oriented, prompt at processing referrals and extremely efficient at following up on outstanding matters. To brighten the office spirit, Anna has always taken the initiative to decorate the office to celebrate any upcoming holidays. Anna enjoys singing, dancing, and making those around her laugh. Above all else, she loves traveling, riding quads, and trying new restaurants with her family. |
Assistant Director of Nursing
Princess Cruz graduated from Chinese General Hospital College of Nursing and Liberal Arts with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 16 years. She started her career as a QA specialist, care coordinator, including development of plan of care. She finds home health nursing as her calling, because she is dedicated to care for the elderly as a reflection of her love for her own parents. One of her greatest assets are her kind demeanor and generosity.
Princess loves traveling and spending time with family. Photography is one of her hobbies.She enjoys watching concerts and Broadway shows. Her favorite music genres include: Christian, classical, pop, and R&B. She loves being around children as she taught kindergarten up to first grade in Sunday school for several years.

Rene Ybardolaza, Jr. has been working with the company since 2007. He started as a data entry clerk and now assumes the responsibilities associated with being a CFO. He graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a degree in Business Administration.
Just like his father, he has great enthusiasm for all motorcycles and finds comfort and peace-of-mind when riding cross-country. Rene is a certified Peace Officer Standards of Training (P.O.S.T.) firearms instructor and is dedicated to teaching others about firearm knowledge and safety.

Rene Ybardolaza, Sr. co-founded Inland Home Health Providers and served as the Chief Financial Officer of the agency. After having served in the U.S. Army as a clinical specialist, he attended Claremont Graduate University and obtained his Master's of Business Administration. During that time, he found a passion for finance and worked for companies such as Grubb & Ellis, Fannie Mae, The World Bank, and Indy Mac Bank. Dur.
When he wasn't working at the office, Rene was off traveling cross-country on his motorcycle. Long distance rides and playing basketball were two of his favorite hobbies. He found comfort and joy in reading and writing, especially when reminiscing about all the memorable events he encountered.
